“He prays, but he answers prayer. He weeps, but wipes away tears. He ask where Lazarus has been laid for he is man, but he raises him to life, for he is God. He is sold, dirt cheap, for thirty pieces of silver, but he redeems the world, at the cost of his own blood… He dies, but he brings to life, and by his own death destroys death. He is buried, but he Rises again. He descends into hell, but rescues the souls imprisoned there.” ST. GREGORY THE THEOLOGIAN.

We do not want to ever deprive anyone support and consolation during an illness. If you desire this information kept confidential, please advise father and strict confidence will be maintained. Please keep in mind that according to Federal Law, hospitals are not allowed to give our personal information such as religious affiliation. Hospitals will notify the priest or church only if the patient requests the facility to do so.

The priesthood is nothing but the hands of Almighty God in this life. Bishops, priest and deacons are set aside to serve God and His people as servants. They are given the awesome power to bring the Body and Blood of Christ to the faithful, baptized into eternity, impart the  forgiveness of the Lord to the penitent and act as official witnesses for Christ’s Church.// The priesthood has been a part of the Church since the very first day of it’s founding.Bishop, priest and deacons walk in the footsteps of the Apostles, from whom they are directly descended. Priest are not just employees. Their lives, if they are true to their calling, serve as examples to God’s People and they dedicate themselves, as servants, to bring Christ’s peace and power to all men and women of the faith.

If God could close the mouths of the lions for Daniel, part the Red Sea for Moses, make the sun stand still for Joshua, open the prison for Peter, put a baby in the arms of Sarah, and raise Lazarus from the dead. Then He certainly can take care of you ! Nothing you are facing today is too hard for Him to handle !
